Ski mugs out of the kiln.

Two and half years have passed and the ‘new kiln’ is no longer new, it has been put to work at an extraordinary rate. The new line of tableware has been galloping away with both locals and tourists from France and all around the globe.

Green and brown has been replaced by white and blue, the illustration drawn in glaze pen. Keeping true to my tradition, the illustration subject is local. This includes the fabulous architecture in Luz Saint-Sauveur, and also the world heritage site of Gavarnie and the Brèche de Roland. In July the Tour de France races through the village on it’s mighty way up the Col du Tourmalet, I have a range of four cycling designs and have made many to commission.

Now the snow has arrived and the subject is skiing, here’s a couple of mugs
